Greece Kilkis 18 MW SkyLine II Project

This 18 MW solar project in Kilkis, Greece, utilizes the SkyLine II single-axis tracking system distributed across 18 individual clusters on flat, stable agricultural land. The standardized single-string tracker design enabled efficient deployment and logistics, while the system’s bifacial-compatible setup is optimized to capture maximum sunlight.

Arctech’s solution incorporated the AI-2 smart tracking algorithm to dynamically adjust tilt angles, minimizing shading and maximizing yield. The unified design streamlined installation across all clusters. Once operational, the plant is expected to generate approximately 30 million kWh of clean energy annually—enough to power over 10,000 households—and will reduce CO₂ emissions by around 8,000 tons per year, supporting Greece’s clean energy transition.
