This project consists of two sub-projects: the Hybrid Wind-Solar Power Station and the AEML Solar Project, with the AEML Solar Project having a capacity of 860 MW. The entire power station utilizes SkyLine 1P trackers from Sungrow and three types of bifacial solar modules, making it the largest bifacial tracker project in India. The project took 28 months to complete and successfully connected to the grid in April 2022. The actual annual energy production is higher than expected, with an average annual utilization of ≥2000 hours, representing a 15% increase in power generation compared to conventional fixed systems.
