This 23.6 MW solar project in Porto Torres, Sardinia, utilizes the SkySmart II dual-row independent tracking system across approximately 41 hectares. The plant is designed to generate up to 40 million kWh of clean electricity annually—powering more than 13,000 households—and will reduce CO₂ emissions by approximately 10,800 tons per year, contributing to Italy’s energy transition.

To adapt to the site’s gently undulating coastal terrain, Arctech deployed the SkySmart II system with independent row control, which minimizes shading and maximizes energy capture. Enhanced by AI-2 smart tracking technology, the solution ensures precise module orientation and robust performance in the region’s windy, high-irradiance Mediterranean climate.
