This 45 MW solar project in Porto Torres, Sardinia, utilizes the SkyLine II single-axis tracking system across 1,235 trackers deployed over approximately 78 hectares. The plant is expected to generate around 74 million kWh of clean electricity annually—enough to power more than 15,000 people—and will reduce CO₂ emissions by approximately 23,000 tons per year.
To withstand the site’s strong coastal winds and seismic activity, the trackers feature an automatic Wind Mode for protection and are designed to meet C4 anti-corrosion standards for durability in a salty environment. The system was installed on ramming pile foundations, ensuring structural stability and reliable long-term performance under the challenging Mediterranean conditions.
