The Dongxiang Jidian Zhongwan Agricultural PV Power Generation Project has a capacity of 100MW, covers an area of about 2,350 mu, and has a static investment of 440.96 million yuan. It is projected to generate 129.96 million kWh of electricity annually, saving about 40,000 tons of standard coal every year. The PV panels provide shade during the hot season, creating favorable conditions for the growth of fish, shrimp and crab. It also reduces the production cost of aquaculture and boosts income. In addition to generating clean energy, the project also contributes to rural revitalization by strengthening the village’s collective economy.
